An easy way to look at it is, we do your first two interview stages for you so by the time you meet a candidate, we like to think that there’s genuine potential for a strong fit.
A full initial screen (experience, suitability, career alignments with role, right to work etc)
A video call delving into the why’s - check they are actually interested in your company/ job and fish out anyone who just clicked on the application and hoped for the best.
Then it’s over to you to continue the interviews and come to a decision.
